Jennifer MacMillan Eicher has served both corporations and nonprofits across various industries for over 25 years, helping them design impactful enterprise strategies and creative marketing ideas and building their leadership teams. She joined Triaxia Partners as a Partner and Practice Leader in 2012 and became its COO in 2017. She works closely with organizations like Invesco, Inspire Brands, Cox Communications, the Harvard Business School, Operation Mobilisation, and Alpha International.

Prior to joining Triaxia, Jennifer served in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice, helping organizations around the world develop their go-to-market strategies and refine their customer experiences. She has worked with organizations like Walmart, Verizon, Coca-Cola, the Department of Defense, and American Airlines. She has also served for many years as an Executive Board member for FCA Cheer.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Advertising/Journalism from The University of Florida and her MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

In her down time, she can usually be found snuggling with the residents at various animal rescues, riding horses, or wandering through a local bookstore. She is a member of Trinity Anglican Mission in Atlanta.
